Meet Pam Vinje

Pam Vinje has always been ahead of the curve. In 2006, she entered the pool and spa industry as a digital trailblazer, leading APSP (now PHTA) into a new era with its first consumer-focused website, video content, and social media campaigns. Her ability to spot trends — and turn ideas into action — quickly made her a respected voice and industry changemaker.
By 2010, Pam saw a bigger opportunity: to create a full-service digital agency for the unique needs of pool and spa businesses. With support from leading manufacturers and a deep understanding of the homeowner mindset, she launched Small Screen Producer. Since then, she’s built a national reputation for helping brands grow through bold creative, smart strategy, and relentless innovation.
Today, Pam leads with vision, energy, and a passion for what’s next. Known for her “mad scientist” mindset around AI, automation, and marketing tech, she’s also a heart-led leader, sought-after speaker, and trusted partner to brands across the country.

Pam Vinje, President/CEO
Pam’s passion for marketing began more than 25 years ago while attending the University of Texas at Austin for Radio-Television-Film. Since that time, she’s gathered insight from a variety of industries and has created solutions for their unique challenges, creating for herself an extensive base of marketing knowledge. Pam has seen the evolution of marketing in areas such as medical and education, video production, association and non-profit management, marketing for professional service firms, architecture, engineering and construction industries, and conference and event planning.
Prior to launching Small Screen Producer in 2009, Pam served as the Regional Manager and Director of Social Media for the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP), where she immersed herself in business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing. She developed digital media marketing plans for industry manufacturers, distributors, small businesses, as well as for the APSP itself.
The level of marketing expertise she has accumulated from these experiences gives Pam the ability to help companies grow successfully in today’s ultra competitive industry.
Lisa, Director of Sales
Lisa joined Small Screen Producer in 2010 to manage SEO for new and existing clients, but soon transitioned into an Account Executive and Content Marketing team member. She is now the Director of Account Services, overseeing the web services and content marketing departments.
Lisa has managed hundreds of website projects, working with those in the pool industry to showcase their projects and experience through dynamic, socially shareable web presences. As a former business owner, she understands how important your business is to you and enjoys helping our clients grow their brand online. Her background in IT and Customer Service help her explain projects in ways her clients can understand.
She is an animal lover and a runner. She loves to travel with her family and is always up for a new adventure.
Brandon, Creative Director
Brandon has created compelling graphics for web and print for over 20 years. He is a master of his craft and brings our clients’ ideas to life through the use of cutting edge and creative design that communicates their values, interests and goals.
When he’s not working as our creative genius, Brandon is out enjoying the town with his family.
Eric, Technical Services Director
As the Technical Services Director, Eric oversees the development of all our products and services at Small Screen Producer. Eric has received his BA in Emerging Media & Communications from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a United States Air Force Veteran and Veteran of Foreign Wars. Eric loves to utilize his problem resolution training and customer service experience to troubleshoot and manage any technical issues that arise with individual client accounts.
When he’s not launching your websites, Eric likes to spend his weekends with family, perfecting his Texas smoked barbecue.
Lauren, Director of Client Services
After a successful 10-year career in retail management, Lauren decided it was time to make a career change. Her passion to tell a story through video led her to return to college. As a storyteller, Lauren loves helping businesses communicate their brand message to the world.
When Lauren is not creating videos, she enjoys spending time with her family and learning the art of cheese-making.

Lou, Web Development Team Leader
As Web Development Team Leader, Lou is in charge of disseminating day to day tasks to SSP web developers and is sometimes pulled into our more complicated high priority projects for his unique expertise. His vast experience as a web developer helps Lou create out-of-the box solutions for each of our clients specific website or mobile development needs. His skills in the technical aspects of web development, have him playing an integral role in the production team.
During his free time, Lou enjoys riding his bike with his friends and roaming around his home town. Lou also love singing and playing guitar.

Jenna’s passion for the written language began at a young age, and she considers herself lucky to be doing what she truly loves. She earned her BA in technical writing from the University of Central Florida and her MA in journalism and mass communication from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has editing experience in trade publications. As a copywriter, she understands the importance of words and role they play in creating a company’s brand messaging, and writes unique and engaging content.
Outside of work, Jenna stays busy as a wife and a mom to two young children. She enjoys spending time with her family, whether outdoors, getting creative indoors, or traveling. She spends her spare time attending a women’s Bible group and playing in a softball league.
